Our internship program. You enter as a Cadet and advance through Pilot, Navigator, Commander to Algonaut — entirely on merit. 3-month and 6-month tracks. You build systems that ship to production from week one. Earn Algonaut status and you have direct access to full-time roles at The Algorithm. Not consideration. Not priority. Direct access.
Saarthi
Our internal LMS for training, retraining, and getting engineers market-ready. Domain-specific tracks across healthcare, financial services, government, and energy. Compliance frameworks built into the curriculum from day one. Engineers who need structured preparation use Saarthi before or alongside their Algonauts journey.

Our internal ranking and evaluation framework. Tracks compliance qualification, delivery performance, and domain depth across every engineer who has come through the pipeline. Every engineer has a LayersRank profile. Client deployments are matched against LayersRank scores. No guessing who goes on which engagement.
