Start the Conversation
First call is with a senior engineer.
Not a sales rep. Not an account manager. An engineer who has already read your situation and can tell you in 30 minutes whether we're the right fit.

What happens after you submit
01
An engineer reads your submission
We review before we respond. A senior engineer reads the specifics of your situation — not a form-routing algorithm.
02
We schedule a 30-minute call
No pitch. No deck. A direct conversation about your regulatory environment, your stack, and what needs to be built.
03
Scope and price, in writing
If we're aligned, you receive a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal within 5 business days. No surprise retainers.
What to Expect
Step 01
We read your submission
Every inquiry is reviewed by a senior engineer before we respond. We assess fit before we ask for your time.
Step 02
A senior engineer calls
Domain-qualified — not a salesperson who needs to loop in the technical team. The person on the call can answer technical questions.
Step 03
Honest assessment
If we're the right fit, we say so. If we're not, we say that too. No pressure. No close.

Why Engineer-First
“The first conversation tells you everything about how a firm will work with you. If the first call is with a salesperson who needs to ‘loop in the technical team,’ you're not talking to the firm. You're talking to their front office.”
The Standard Model
At most firms, the first call is with a business development representative. Their job is to qualify the opportunity and schedule a second call with a solutions architect. That call leads to a scope document, which goes to a delivery team you have not met. You are two calls and six weeks from talking to the people who will actually build your system.
The Algorithm
Engineers sell because engineers know the answer. The engineer on the first call can tell you whether your architecture is sound, whether your compliance posture is realistic, and whether we have built what you're describing before. They can tell you the price range before the call ends. This is not a concession — it is the point.
